Yoga Practice

Preparing for the New Year with TCM & Korean Medicine

As the year comes to a close, we invite you to step into a day of renewal and grounding, guided by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Korean Medicine. This one day retreat is designed to support your energy, strengthen your body, and calm your mind as you prepare for the new year.

What You’ll Discover
  • Gentle support for digestion through movement and nutrition practices.

  • Balance for body and mind, with tools to ease winter blues, depression, and lack of sunlight.

  • Seasonal wisdom: practical tips, breathing, and exercises to uplift your mood and adapt to the shift of the seasons.

  • Ancient traditions combined: the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Korean Medicine enriched with Ayurvedic practices.

 

This day is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and equip yourself with practices that will carry you into the new year with clarity, strength, and balance.

What you can expect

9:30 - 10:00 | Welcome & Tea

Arrive gently, settle into the space, and connect over a warm cup of tea.

10:00 – 11:15 | Meridian Yoga

A dynamic practice to activate energy channels, release tension, and awaken your body.

11:15 – 11:30 | Tea Break

A mindful pause to restore and prepare for the next session.

11:30 – 12:45 | Lecture: Topic to be announced

12:45 – 13:45 | Lunch Break + Walk

Nourish your body with a wholesome meal (included in the price), followed by a grounding walk in nature.

13:45 – 14:45 | Qigong, Tao Yin & Meditation

Gentle movements and breathwork to balance Qi, calm the mind, and harmonize body and spirit.

14:45 – 15:00 | Tea Break

A moment of stillness to integrate and refresh as we approach the last session of the retreat. 

15:00 – 16:30 | Meridian Yin Practice

A restorative yin sequence to deepen release, balance energy, and leave you feeling centered and renewed.

This retreat is guided by two experienced practitioners who bring together the wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Korean Medicine. Their unique journeys and teachings will support you in reconnecting with balance, harmony, and vitality and prepare for the new year
